Defining the Problem
We want the Event Planner/Admin to be able to create a single report with different permissions for each widget so that they don’t have to create one off reports every single time and can keep a master report.
Discovery
Factors to consider:
This is going to be a new feature that is not present across the entire platform
Event Planners/Admins are currently creating one off reports to send to different users in different access portals
How will permissions work if user wants to edit the report?
Should other users other than the Admin be allowed to edit the report?
How will changes appear on the main report if a user updates certain widgets?
Will the now edited report be saved as a separate report?
Should the report be sectioned off for different permission levels?
How to mark widgets for different permission levels
